One needs to consider that the First Messianics were the Apostles taught by Messiah Yashua in correctness of the Truth of YHWH. Christian teaching for the most part does not teach True Apostolic Messianic teachings.
Becoming a True Messianic Believer simply means one desires to return to the original teachings of Messiah Yashua as taught to the Apostles.

Rabbi Marty was Ordained by Rabbi Douglas Wolfe of HaShamash Ministries in Asheville, North Carolina in 2009.
Doug was born preaching the Baptist Creed, but found the Messianic in his early 50s and then met Marty in January of 2008 where they started Beth El Messianic Congregation of Asheville.
Marty became a Messianic in 1990 and attended Beth Israel in Lodi, New Jersey. Jonathan Cahn was Marty's first teacher.
Marty currently teaches inmates at Dade Correctional Institute in the ways of YHWH and has been doing so now for almost 2 years.
